The answer to a deeper longing
Women's liberation and the work for equality are some of the most important focuses of our time.
But parts of the equality movement have forgotten to include men in the process — as co-partners and co-creators, not opponents.
Over the years I have coached, held and guided many men — in professional, ceremonial and private contexts.
And I see something recurring.
Men who are wise, sensitive and powerful — but lost.
Men who carry a collective male shame for things they themselves haven't done.
Men who hesitate about their place in the world, in relationships, in love.
Men who long to contribute from their masculine energy — but don't know how, or don't fully dare.
I know how deeply the world needs self-aware men who are anchored in their essence.
Not as fixed-up versions, but in their truth.
Here lies an energy that is essential for the future.

I have moved both within the strategic rooms of business and in the most personal, relational and sexual sphere — where we meet ourselves for real.
At the same time, my entire adult life has been a deep inner journey.
I have searched, let go, relearned, and deepened my relationship with myself and with life again and again.
And today I stand grounded.
With both feet on the earth, my heart open, and my soul in contact with the greater.

As are my experiences in leadership development, shamanism, body therapy, NLP, energy work, tantra therapy and transformational coaching.

In many traditions, existence is described as a balance between two fundamental energies: the masculine and the feminine — or yang and yin.
These energies live in every human being, regardless of gender.
The masculine stands for direction, focus, presence and holding.
The feminine stands for flow, feeling, intuition and life force.
It's not about gender roles.
It's about energy.
