The answer to a deeper longing
I have witnessed the alchemy that arises when women step into their feminine presence, power, love and intuitive sight, and from there hold and mirror men into their deepest truth. And I will keep leading these sacred moments, again and again.
Women's liberation and the work for equality are some of the most important focuses of our time.
But parts of the equality movement have forgotten to include men in the process, as partners and co-creators, not opponents.
Over the years I have coached, held and guided many men, in professional, ceremonial and private settings.
And I see something recurring.
Men who are wise, sensitive and strong, but lost.
Men who carry a collective male guilt for things they never did themselves.
Men who hesitate before their place in the world, in relationships, in love.
Men who long to contribute through their masculine energy, but don't know how, or don't fully dare.
I know how deeply the world needs self-aware men who rest secure in their essence.
Not as fixed versions, but in their truth.
There is an energy here that matters for the future.

I have worked both in the strategic rooms of business and in the most personal, relational and sexual sphere, where we meet ourselves for real.
At the same time, my whole adult life has been a deep inner journey.
I have searched, let go, relearned, and deepened my relationship to myself and to life again and again.
And today I stand steady.

Masculine and feminine, energies in polarity
In many traditions, life is described as a balance between two basic energies: the masculine and the feminine, or yang and yin.
These energies exist in every person, regardless of gender.
The masculine stands for direction, focus, presence and holding.
The feminine stands for flow, feeling, intuition and life force.
This is not about gender roles.
It is about energy.
At ICONS we focus on letting the feminine in the woman act as a healing and activating force for the masculine in the man.
And on letting that become a doorway to change.
